OSG Corporation has been making cutting tools since 1938. When OSG Royco was founded in 1994, the goal was simple, bring that same level of quality and reliability to manufacturers in Mexico. More than 30 years later, that focus hasn’t changed.

Our strength in Latin America starts with where and how we manufacture.
The Toluca plant is the largest facility in our regional network and the leading producer of taps in Mexico. It’s built to handle both high volume production and tight precision requirements, supporting customers in industries like automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, and general manufacturing.
Our Guanajuato Technology Center, is where our engineers work directly with customers on challenging applications, develop custom tooling, and provide hands on training.

Quality at OSG Royco begins with process discipline. Our tools are made using the same machinery, materials, and inspection standards used by OSG Corporation in Japan. This consistency means customers know exactly what to expect from every tool.
